President Uhuru Does The Deaf Clap

President Uhuru hosted the winners of the just concluded Music Festival in Statehouse last House.Among those present were students from Litein Secondary School for the Deaf who presented a scottish dance.The president did honor them with the “Deaf Clap” that involve lifting hands in the air and shaking them.The president is very disabled friendly.
